Vegan Pancakes

Being vegan,  i’m sure you guys agree, how often do you hear the words “what do you eat?!”, “so you just eat salad then?”.

Well no, vegans can eat anything and everything given that it’s plant based! The best advice that I was given by my friend Kristina who also has a amazing blog was eat what you enjoyed eating when you weren’t vegan and turn it vegan!

Well today I did that with pancakes!

Wanna know how to make them too?

You will need:

  • Self Raising Flour
  • Water
  • Oats
  • Soya Milk ( Or you own choice of non dairy milk)
  • Baking Powder
  • Coconut Oil

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, i used a nutribullet. You don’t have to use a blender but it helps for the oats!

After this heat up your frying pain and add some coconut oil!

Then get to cooking the pancakes!

Serve and Enjoy!

I like a cheeky bit of golden syrup… and strawberries.
